Inspired by watching a wonderful artist teaching p Inspired by watching a wonderful artist teaching printmaking on a gell plate @robynmcclendonartist and at the suggestion of my art mentor @linda_jacobson_ to combine paintings with poetry, I created these pieces. It seemed a random process at first but when I looked at them together, a theme emerged: a garden going through the transformational changes of the seasons. Surprisingly, I have found afterwards beautiful haiku poems that seem to perfectly and magically describe the feeling of each piece. I welcome your comments to help me better understand this new direction I am drifting into. Thank you!😻

I am excited to let you all know that my piece, “Timewave Fusion” has been selected for an exhibit at Gallery 825/Los Angeles Art Association, celebrating 99 years of continuously support of artists’ community in LA. It is also a fund raising event. You can check out the event at laaa.org. The opening night is Saturday July 27 but the exhibit is on two weeks after that. Come visit!
